No Smoking In the House

🚫 Strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. Violators will be subject to a 3,000 baht deposit being forfeited to cover the cost of a major cleaning of the luxury Pattaya pool villa.

No party after 10.00 pm

🚫 Do not organize parties or create loud noise after 10:00 a.m. as this is against the law. The MaBella House is not responsible for any violations. 🎉🔇 Pool Villa near Siam Country Club Pattaya.

Terms and Conditions for Staying at The MaBella House

 

Check-in/check-out details

 

  1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will be charged 500 baht per hour. Making loud noises outside the house after 10:00 PM is not allowed as it is against the law. (Singing karaoke all night long with the door closed to prevent loud noises from escaping)

  2. Please clean the kitchen utensils and stove after use. We offer a maid service for 1,200 baht if you are unable to do so.

  3. When booking, a security deposit of 3,000 baht is required along with a copy of your ID card. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damages are incurred.

  4. We reserve the right to cancel your stay and hold your reservation when the number of guests exceeds the agreed number.

  5. Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made. There will be no refunds or changes to booking dates.

  6. Please take care of your valuables. Don't leave valuables unattended, lock the room door before leaving, and check your valuables before checking out. We are not responsible in the case of lost items.

  1. We will provide towels according to the number of guests. However, guests must bring their own personal items such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste.

  2. We will have an electric barbecue grill and ice bucket available. (Ice can be purchased at 7-11)

  3. Karaoke is available for free. We apologize in advance if there are technical issues that prevent us from using it.

  4. We will not serve breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or property. and must agree to cover repair and replacement costs.

Prohibitions and fines

​

  1. Amplifier equipment is not allowed outside the home. and use only the amplifier equipment according to the equipment we have prepared.

  2. It is not allowed to move furniture, speakers, tables, cabinets, beds, chairs, or sofas (except kitchen items). Moving or damaging them will result in a minimum fine of 3,000 baht.

  3. Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or property. and must agree to cover repair and replacement costs.

  4. Jumping into the pool is not allowed as it is very dangerous.

  5. The fine is 1,000 baht per key and 1,500 baht per door remote.

  6. Please do not consume food or drinks in the swimming pool. A 3,000 baht fine will be charged if food scraps or changes in water conditions are found.

  7. Pets are not allowed within the home. A fine of 3,000 baht will be charged for imported pets.

  8. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A 3,000 baht fine will be charged if cigarette plants or the smell of cigarette smoke are found.

  9. In the event of a fight or receiving a complaint reported to the police regarding inappropriate behavior, guests must check out immediately.

  10. Drugs and illegal substances are prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
